Saw this article today and I think it is very important!


I know many of us believe the cycle will turn toward recession fairly soon. Some folks think lower housing costs will follow and have actually been waiting for that so they can buy low. Meanwhile, prices have kept going up and they are even further behind than they were a year ago. What if the recession doesn’t mean lower home prices? Where will that leave this group?
